Job Description

Integris Insurance Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Coastal Community Credit Union, is looking for a Commercial Insurance Producer/Support to join our Insurance team on a full-time, 24-month contract basis.

As a Commercial Insurance Producer/Support, you will provide tailored insurance solutions to commercial and personal lines clients while building and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will identify client needs, recommend appropriate products and services, and support the continued growth of the Insurance division through proactive service and business development.

This role is suited for experienced insurance professionals who are confident managing client relationships, developing business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $85,000 per annum plus commission eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored insurance advice and customized solutions to commercial and personal lines clients based on their individual needs.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through proactive service, ongoing support, and regular coverage reviews.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services while supporting business development and referral initiatives.
• Respond to client inquiries, claims reporting, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in community networking and business development activities to support the continued growth of the Insurance division.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and collaborate with branch staff and the Insurance team to support business growth and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Valid Level 2 Insurance License in British Columbia required.
• Working toward CAIB designation considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and personal lines insurance products and services.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency with insurance systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid B.C. Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle required.
