Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and support on commercial insurance policies and products
• Handle underwriting, renewals, policy amendments, and client queries efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures
• Meet performance and customer satisfaction targets within a dynamic team environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial short-term insurance
• Matric (Grade 12) mandatory
• Short-term insurance course/certificate or FAIS compliance advantageous
• Fluent in Afrikaans (spoken and written) not race-specific
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, structured environment
