We are looking for a strategic storyteller to join our Business Intelligence team. You will act as a critical "backend engine," enabling data-driven decisions for both our supply (platforms) and demand (sales) sides.

You will translate complex data insights into high-impact visual narratives—such as pitch decks, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic proposals—that represent our company to global platforms like TikTok, Microsoft, Google, X, Spotify and others.

What you'll do:

  • Turn data into clear business narratives. Transform complex datasets, market insights, and sales performance metrics into clear, visually compelling stories that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Create high-impact presentations and materials. Design polished presentations, pitch decks, and reports (PowerPoint / Google Slides) used in executive briefings, partner discussions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support strategic projects across the business. Contribute to projects such as platform RFP responses, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and strategic analyses that shape Aleph’s partnerships and revenue strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Work closely with data analysts, strategists, sales teams, and regional leadership to gather inputs, synthesize insights, and ensure information is communicated clearly.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations. Help teams understand performance trends, opportunities, and risks by packaging insights into structured, easy-to-consume outputs.
  • Elevate the quality of business communication. Establish clear storytelling frameworks, templates, and visual standards that improve how Aleph communicates data and strategy internally and with partners.
  • Contribute to global initiatives. Support projects across APAC, LATAM, MENA, EMEA and platforms, gaining exposure to global advertising markets and a wide range of strategic business challenges.

Who you are:

  • A strong communicator and storyteller. You can turn complex information into clear messages and compelling narratives tailored to different audiences.

  • Highly skilled in presentation design. You are confident creating structured, visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides and have a strong eye for layout, clarity, and visual storytelling.

  • Business-minded and analytical. You enjoy working with data and insights and can connect numbers with business context to highlight key opportunities or trends.

  • Comfortable working with stakeholders. You can collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with colleagues at different levels of the organization.

  • Structured and detail-oriented. You bring clarity to complex information, organize ideas logically, and ensure deliverables meet a high quality standard.

  • Experienced with basic data tools. You are comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, basic analysis) to understand and organize data.

  • Interested in digital media or advertising. Experience in digital advertising, media agencies, consulting, research, or similar environments is a plus but not required.

  • Curious and eager to learn. Whether you come with a few years of experience or are an early-career professional, you are motivated to learn quickly and grow in a global, fast-paced environment.
