
The Commercial Insights & Analytics Solutions Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping, delivering and continuously improving global commercial analytics capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making across Fresenius Kabi.
This role is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization The role translates business priorities into scalable analytics capabilities, ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and designed to support long-term business growth.
Acting as the key interface between business and technology, the role drives cross-functional collaboration and internal and external stakeholder management to define requirements, establish solution architecture, oversee implementation, and ensure the successful delivery of integrated, high-quality analytics solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to drive standardization, improve data quality, strengthen reporting governance and identify opportunities to enhance insights generation through automation, advanced analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.
Analytics Solution Strategy & Insights Delivery Ownership
Lead analytics solution programs end-to-end, from planning through to delivery
Act as a key liaison between IT, digital, commercial teams and external vendors
Ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope
Coordinate tasks across internal and external teams and manage vendors
Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate technical delivery across related digital initiatives
Consolidate stakeholder feedback and recommendations
Support change management and adoption activities
Data Governance & Dashboard Visualization
Establish governance for commercial data management
Turn complex data into actionable insights
Create and maintain state-of-the-art dashboards
Ensure consistent reporting standards and ways of working
Integration & Enhancements including AI enablement
Lead the integration of commercial systems and platforms, including SAP, Salesforce, Veeva and Qlik, with Power BI reporting and analytics solutions
Ensure an appropriate balance between business outcomes and integration requirements
Lead enhancements to analytics and insights generation capabilities in coordination with other workstreams, ensuring an appropriate balance between system stability and evolving business needs
Lead the development and enablement of AI-powered features and capabilities in line with company policies and governance guidelines
Functional Expertise
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience (Pharma, MedTech, Life Sciences, or similar is a plus)
At least 5 years of relevantexperience indata science,data modelling,businessanalysis,digitaltransformationor commercialexcellenceroles
Strong expertise in analytics platforms, data visualization tools, and data management concepts
Experience with AI-based solutions and analytics capabilities is required
Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments
Desired Qualifications and Skills
University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
Deep expertise in data, visualization, and insight generation
Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or related business platforms is preferred
Understanding of the sources and characteristics of external pharmaceutical market data (e.g., IQVIA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Team-oriented, proactive, structured, and flexible working style, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
PMI, data science, technology or equivalent certifications are a plus
Fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally
