About this Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial In-Life Specialist to manage commercial obligations across enterprise contracts. The individual will oversee contract-related reporting, monitor commercial performance, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure adherence to obligations. This role requires consistent delivery of accurate reports, analysis of contractual outcomes, and effective communication with Business Partners throughout the contract lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Manage and track commercial obligations for enterprise contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal partners to support and meet contractual expectations.
  • Provide clear, competitive commercial insights that contribute to organisational advantage.
  • Support regional and country teams in identifying and driving incremental revenue opportunities through data growth, contract optimisation, and change management.
  • Initiate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality reports, models, and documentation aligned with deadlines and service-level requirements.

Who you are

  • Experienced in data analysis with strong analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Skilled in internal stakeholder engagement and comfortable working within cross-functional environments.
  • A collaborative team player with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Possessing a basic understanding of Fixed and Mobility business and sound commercial acumen.
  • Educated to A-level or local equivalent.
  • Desirable: IACCM Fundamentals certification and advanced Excel proficiency.
