Philip Jones Legal is seeking a driven and commercially minded Commercial & Immigration Caseworker to join our expanding legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work across both UK immigration law and commercial/corporate legal matters across the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), and Sharjah Publishing City (SPC), as well as UK corporate and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will assist on a varied caseload including UK immigration matters such as detention and immigration bail applications, asylum and human rights claims, fresh claims, appeals, and case preparation, alongside commercial and corporate matters including company structuring, incorporations, compliance, contract review, and regulatory advisory work across UAE and UK jurisdictions.

Requirements:

  Minimum LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent legal qualification
• 
  Strong foundational legal knowledge and analytical ability
• 
  Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
• 
  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• 
  Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in both immigration and corporate law
• 
  A proactive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
• 
  Previous legal experience is advantageous but not essential.
