P osition Overview
• Job Title: HVAC Technician
• Location: Davenport, IA
• Schedule: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | Overtime Available | On-call Rotation
• Pay Range: up to $50 per hour (DOE)
What You'll Do
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Perform system inspections, testing, and maintenance
• Conduct warranty work, adjustments, and repairs
• Adhere to safety standards and customer expectations
• Maintain detailed service records and complete work efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Iowa HVAC License (or the ability to obtain within the probation period)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
• Experience with educational, commercial, or industrial facilities
• Familiarity with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV systems
• OSHA 10 certification or higher
• OEM certifications (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.)
