  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
  • Repair and replace defective components.
  • Perform refrigerant handling in full compliance with EPA regulations
  • Conduct advanced diagnostics, pipefitting, brazing, and system repairs
  • Analyze system data, trends, and control performance for optimization

  • Troubleshoot commissioning issues in coordination with the MRi start-up team and equipment manufacturers
  • Deliver owner/operator training on new equipment — covering proper operation, maintenance schedules, and control interfaces
  • Execute warranty service and repairs for MRi-represented equipment within the warranty period
  • Serve as a knowledgeable field liaison between MRi, installing contractors, and end customers

Customer & Team Support

  • Build strong customer relationships and communicate service findings and start-up results clearly
  • Educate customers on system operation and maintenance best practices
