
ControlAir Systems is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to support our Burlington-based team. This role focuses on service and repair of RTUs, VRF systems, boilers, and related commercial equipment across a local territory.

Job Responsibilities:
- Service and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for commercial customers
- Work on packaged RTUs, water source heat pumps, split systems, ductless systems, VRF/VRV systems, makeup air units, boilers, and more
- Utilize mobile dispatching tools to complete service reports and communicate with dispatch and management
- Work closely with Service Manager and Service Director to develop and expand technical skill set
- Maintain strong customer relationships with building engineers, property managers, and owners
- Follow company standards for workmanship, safety, and customer service
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check
- MA Refrigeration License preferred but not required
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (every 8–10 weeks)
