The Role
This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales role targeting commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. You will identify opportunities, develop tailored HVAC solutions, and guide decision-makers through replacement, retrofit, service, and maintenance investments. Your credibility, communication skills, and presence will be essential to success.
Key Responsibilities
· Prospect, develop, and manage commercial HVAC sales opportunities
· Build strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, contractors, and decision-makers
· Conduct site visits, assess system needs, and develop customized HVAC solutions
· Prepare and present proposals, ROI analyses, and system recommendations
· Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams
· Manage long sales cycles while maintaining consistent pipeline activity
· Negotiate contracts and close profitable, long-term agreements
· Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
· Track activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Qualifications
· Commercial HVAC sales experience preferred [2 – 10 years proven track record]
· B2B or technical solution sales experience required

· Proficiency with CRM tools and proposal software
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
