• Competitive Pay $25-$35/hour ($52,000–$72,800 annually based off a 40 Hr. work week) + Overtime when authorized by Leadership
• On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift
• Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
• Paid Holidays: 7 annually (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Your Role

• Maintenance Inspect, clean, lubricate, and calibrate HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers)
• Repairs Diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and assist with complex repairs
• Documentation Record maintenance activities via company iPad/iPhone
• Customer Service Advise clients and ensure system efficiency
• Safety Adhere to regulations and company standards

Qualifications

• Required 2–5 years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, pass drug/background checks
• Preferred HVAC apprenticeship or technical training
• Physical Lift 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, wear PPE
• Travel Flexibility for overtime and regional travel

• Provided Fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, PPE
• Required Hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges
