What We Offer

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $30–$42/hour ($62,400–$87,360/annually based off a 40 Hr. work week) + Overtime when authorized by Leadership
  • Travel Support $55/day per diem and company-provided lodging for overnight travel.
  • Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
  • Paid Holidays: 7 annually (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas)
  • 401(k) Match: 5% employer contribution

  • $3,500 cash bonus - ( four equal payments will be made each quarter)

Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing ongoing training and support to our technicians.

Your Role

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems across North Carolina and neighboring states.
  • Perform expert pipefitting, brazing, soldering, and troubleshooting for seamless installations.
  • Travel 2-3 days/week with occasional overnight stays (lodging provided) to service regional clients.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of dispatchers, coordinators, and supervisors.
  • Operate a fully equipped service van with iPad, iPhone, and PPE.

Who You Are

Experience 3-5 years in commercial HVAC installation and service, with expertise in system replacements.

Skills

  • Proficient in HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Strong pipefitting, brazing, and soldering abilities.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and precision in installations.
  • Customer-focused with clear communication.
  • Comfortable with regional travel (2-3 days/week, occasional overnights).
  • Strong time management to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • EPA Certification (required).
  • High school diploma or GED; apprenticeship completion preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license; subject to drug, background, and driver’s license checks.
  • Ability to park a branded company vehicle (high-roof van) at your residence without HOA/local restrictions.

Physical and Operational Requirements

  • Travel Based in North Carolina, with frequent travel throughout North Carolina and neighboring states. Overnight stays required, with lodging provided.
  • Must be able to securely park a company vehicle (high roof, branded) at your residence overnight without restrictions from HOA or local ordinances.
  • Capable of performing the following physical tasks throughout the workday:
    • Standing, walking, or kneeling for extended periods.
    • Climbing and descending ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs.
    • Lifting and transporting items weighing up to 75 lbs.
    • Navigating confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
  • Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
  • Willing and able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

Travel Details

  • Location Based in North Carolina, with travel across North Carolina and neighboring states.
  • Frequency 2-3 days/week, with 1-2 overnight stays per week as needed.
  • Support $55/day per diem and company-provided lodging for authorized travel.
