Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator for a direct hire opportunity in the Nashville area. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, detailed estimates for commercial HVAC construction projects

• Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to determine scope and material requirements

• Analyze labor, materials, and equipment costs to develop project budgets

• Conduct site visits to gather necessary estimating information

• Submit competitive bids in a timely manner

• Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers

• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure cost-effective solutions

• Provide guidance on cost control and budget management throughout project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC estimating experience

• Strong background in commercial construction estimating or HVAC project management

• Proficiency in Trimble estimating software

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methods, materials, and building codes

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
