Overview:

Our client is a top-tier regional distributor and brand owner in the automotive mobility space. As they continue to dominate the motorcycle aftermarket sector, they are looking for a commercially-driven leader to spearhead the growth of a premier product brand. This role is designed for a "business owner" mindset, someone who wants the autonomy to drive sales and marketing strategy while leveraging the robust infrastructure of an established corporate group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Growth:

    Act as the commercial lead to drive revenue, set pricing strategies, and ensure the brand hits its annual growth milestones.

  • Dealer & Distribution Management:

    Proactively manage and expand the network of dealers and workshops, ensuring the brand has the strongest "on-the-ground" presence in the market.

  • Brand & Lifestyle Marketing:

    Develop the brand’s identity through targeted campaigns, community engagement, and event sponsorships that connect with the end-user lifestyle.

  • Market Expansion:

    Lead the entry into new geographical territories and oversee the launch of new product categories.

  • Operational Synergy:

    Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain) to ensure seamless product availability and operational compliance.

  • Performance Reporting:

    Monitor market trends and internal KPIs, providing strategic insights and progress reports to the executive leadership team.


Requirements


  • 8–10 years in a commercial or sales leadership role, ideally within the automotive, spare parts, or industrial distribution industries.

  • A deep understanding of distribution channels and dealer-based sales models.

  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and manage high-level stakeholder relationships.

  • A genuine interest in the mobility/motorcycle industry and current market trends.

  • A "hands-on" approach with the ability to move between high-level strategy and field-level execution.
