About the Client

Our client is a multidisciplinary healthcare institution in Kuwait offering a wide range of specialized medical services.

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will:

• Identify new commercial opportunities and sustainable revenue streams.
• Develop partnerships with corporate clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead business initiatives from planning and evaluation through implementation.
• Strengthen digital marketing performance, audience reach, and conversion.
• Use commercial insights and performance data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational teams.
• Oversee budgets, external vendors, and relevant commercial policies.
• Lead the Commercial Growth and Marketing & Communications teams.
• Ensure commercial activities comply with regulatory and institutional requirements.

About You

You are a commercially focused professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and can confidently engage with stakeholders at different levels.

You will bring:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of six years in a leadership role.
• Experience within healthcare or the GCC market.
• A successful track record in commercial growth, business development, and strategic partnerships.
• Experience improving digital marketing performance and customer conversion.
• Strong knowledge of commercial planning, pricing, financial analysis, and performance measurement.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
