Create meaningful growth for Kiwi businesses as a Commercial Growth Manager. You will develop new commercial opportunities, nurture trusted customer relationships and deliver tailored credit and lending solutions. Through proactive prospecting and disciplined sales pipeline management, you will convert opportunities into sustainable outcomes for customers and Kiwibank. You will provide expert advice, support structured lending, build strong external partnerships and collaborate with internal partners to grow our commercial customer base and raise awareness of our capability.

For this role we are looking for a commercially minded relationship builder with strong credit capability and a passion for business development. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven experience in Business Banking, Commercial Banking or Credit, with strong lending and risk understanding
• Confident in prospecting for new business and building a strong sales pipeline in competitive environments
• Strong capability in assessing complex risk and shaping solutions that work for customers and the bank
• Experienced in building trusted relationships across a broad commercial customer base
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert opportunities into successful outcomes
• Solid understanding of banking products and how they support business success including international products
