We're building a our patient growth engine from the ground up, and we need someone to help run it. You will be one of the first people patients speak to on their Sleep journey, and one of the key reasons they take the next step. That means owning the top of the patient funnel: connecting with inbound leads quickly, having warm and purposeful conversations, and converting interest into action.
This is a high-volume, high-energy role - but it's not a call centre. You'll be working with genuinely motivated patients who already want help with their sleep. Your job is to make sure they get there. You'll manage your pipeline in HubSpot, work closely with our clinical team, senior AEs and play an active part in shaping how we do this.
