Reporting to the Director FP&A,the Commercial FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting activities across the organization. This role will serve as a key business partner to Finance leadership and operational stakeholders, supporting decision-making through robust financial insights, scalable processes, and data-driven analysis.
The ideal candidate combines strong FP&A expertise with deep systems knowledge, experience working in global organizations, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic transformation environment. Experience with commissions calculation and sales incentive modeling is an important component of the role.
The location for this role is flexible across Europe, with preference given to candidates based in the UK, Spain, Portugal, or Italy.
