Job Description

We’re looking for a commercially minded Financial Analyst to help drive better decision-making across a diverse portfolio of digital and media products.

In this role, you’ll turn financial and operational data into clear, actionable insight that directly impacts revenue growth, margin performance and investment decisions. Working closely with Finance Business Partners and commercial teams, you’ll support a shift towards a more data-driven, outcome-focused way of working.

You’ll play a key role in improving performance visibility across multiple business units, identifying trends, highlighting risks, and helping stakeholders make faster, more informed decisions. From forecasting and planning through to commercial modelling and scenario analysis, your work will shape how we prioritise and invest across the portfolio.

Alongside delivering high-quality insight, you’ll also help improve how we work, using automation and analytics tools to streamline reporting, enhance data quality, and scale insight more effectively across the business.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Commercial Finance, Financial Analyst or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-product environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and translate it into clear insights
  • Experience supporting forecasting, planning and performance reporting processes
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and influence decision-making using data and evidence
  • Experience with financial modelling and scenario analysis to assess risks and opportunities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across finance, commercial, product and data teams
  • Exposure to reporting automation, dashboards or analytics tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)
  • Understanding of revenue drivers, cost structures and margin performance in a commercial setting

You’ll stand out if you:

  • Are naturally curious and look beyond the numbers to understand what’s really driving performance
  • Enjoy improving processes and finding more efficient, scalable ways of working
  • Take ownership of your work and ensure insight leads to meaningful action
  • Thrive in collaborative environments and build strong cross-functional relationships

To apply for this role, please follow our online application process and submit a CV and cover letter.
