HIRING POSITION : Commercial Finance SECTION MANAGER

WORKING CONDITION: HYBRID

LOCATION: BANGKOK

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning in a timely manner to fulfill general business needs efficiently.
• Supervise and monitor monthly financial reports, analyzing variations between actual results and the initial budget in sales and costs, and pinpointing justified business rationales.
• Assist the team in delivering comprehensive performance reports and management information.
• Collaborate proactively with key business partners to identify growth opportunities and drive transformative business initiatives.
• Brief key stakeholders on potential impacts of significant risks and collaborate on developing mitigation strategies for identified business and commercial risks.
• Assist in coordinating the annual strategic planning process as necessary.
• Prepare accurate month-end reports, including thorough analysis and commentary.
• Perform reconciliations between actual and planned spending to monitor expenses effectively.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis on business issues as required.

Qualifications:

• Five years of experience in Financial, Business Analysis, or Commercial roles with a focus on analytics.
• Proficient in financial modeling techniques.
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Ability to optimize processes and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in interacting with executive-level management.
