We are looking for a proactive and analytically driven Finance Manager to support ourSales and Marketing Teams This role blends financial stewardship, business partnership, and performance management. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, is process oriented with a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate financial insights into clear, actionable guidance for business leaders. This role will be a contract position.
Key Responsibilities Business Partnership & Strategic Support:
Act as a financial partner to theRegional Sales andMarketing teams, delivering insights and analysis that drive brand growth, profitability, and strategic decision making.
Support the evaluation ofcommercialinvestments and promotional strategies, ensuring alignment with financialobjectivesand ROI expectations.
Proactively engage with business unit managers, providing monthly reports, commentary, and recommendations that influence operational and financial outcomes.
Performance Management & Reporting:
Lead the monthly financial close for area of responsibility, ensuringaccurateandtimelyrecognition of results according to US GAAP and internal policies, assessing theimpact of month results on future forecast andrequiredactions by teams.
Monitorregional andbrand P&L performance,identifyingrisks, opportunities, and costsaving initiatives to ensure budget compliance and financial discipline.
Prepare clear, insightful narratives that explain performance drivers and forecast changes to leadership.
Financial Close, Forecasting & Planning:
Leadcross-functional partners and stakeholders throughmonthlyforecasting,annualbudgeting, and long-range financial planning forarea of responsibility, includingtotal P&L management,investmentplanningand resource allocation.
Monitor, forecast and challenge spending to ensure budget compliance with business unit owners.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards across all brandrelated expenditures.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence:
Lead with a growth mindset, driving simplification, standardization, and automation of existing financial processes and reporting tools.
Troubleshoot data issues,identifyroot causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data accuracy, streamline workflows, and improve visibility into brand performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the evolving needs of theSales andMarketing Finance organization.
What You Bring:
University degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
6–8 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within the CPG industry.
Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities, with experience using forecasting tools and working with complex datasets.
Ability toMotivate, lead and develop direct reportson operational responsibilities and provide mentoring and guidance including skill and career development.
Proventrack recordin financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Advancedproficiencywith Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems, reporting tools, and Excel/BI platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly “tell the story” behindthe numbers.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with Marketing, Brand, or Commercial teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, dynamic environment whilemaintainingaccuracy and attention to detail.
Positive, energetic mindset with a drive for collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

COMPENSATION:Budgeted Range – $97,301 - $133,789 The budgeted rangetakes into accountseveral factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only onecomponentof the total rewards offering at Arterra.
