This is a commercially focused role for someone who can look beyond the numbers, understand what is driving performance and help the business make better decisions. You’ll need proven experience partnering with Sales, Marketing and Operations, providing constructive challenge and turning complex financial information into clear commercial action.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across Boots Hearingcare. You’ll support decisions relating to store performance, promotions, investment, cost control and wider commercial initiatives.
Due to the face-to-face nature of the role, you must be based in the Northwest or within a practical commuting distance of our Llandudno office. The role follows a hybrid working pattern, with three days per week spent either in the office or visiting business partners across the Northwest & Occasionally the Midlands
As Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll provide the commercial insight, financial challenge and business partnering support behind key decisions across Boots Hearingcare.
This is not a purely technical accounting or reporting position. You’ll need to understand the commercial drivers behind the numbers, identify risks and opportunities, and confidently influence decisions at a senior level.

You’ll have the opportunity to broaden your commercial influence, deepen your understanding of a national multi-site operation and take on greater leadership responsibility as deputy to the Head of Commercial Finance.
