The person would be responsible for offering accurate, competitive, and timely customer quotations for off-net requests by collaborating with OLO Providers, Sales, Product, Carrier Relations, Service Delivery, and other cross-functional teams. The role ensures adherence to turnaround time (TAT) targets, and quality standards, while effectively supporting both standard and non-standard requirements
Review and analyze customer/Sales requirements, including location, bandwidth, service type, and timelinesEngage with OLO providers/carriers to obtain quotes and assess feasibilityEvaluate supplier responses based on cost, feasibility, SLA, and delivery timelinesCollaborate with Sales, Product, Carrier Relations, and OLO Delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy and viabilityDeliver quotations within defined turnaround time targets while maintaining high accuracy. Manage complex or non-standard requirements through effective stakeholder coordinationMaintain accurate documentation of supplier quotes, approvals, and final submissions
Qualification : B-Tech or an equivalent degree along with 2-3 years of experience, or be any graduate with relevant experience.
