HIRING POSITION: Commercial Finance Senior Manager

Key Accountabilities :

Lead Financial planning and analysis which includes:

• Actual, rolling forecast, annual budget
• Track & control business result tightly as regular basis
• Identify problem & provide the possible solutions
• Management Reports to Group Finance

Collaborate as business partners with relevant functions:

• Understanding business as a whole and able to communicate to related parties effectively

Data management:

• Be Champion of financial model, SAP-CO & BI and other related systems
• Ensure data accuracy & aligned with the operation
• Standardize and enhance the systems

Lead & coach the team as business direction

Ad Hoc:

• Performing feasibility study regarding to business tasks including capital expenditure, PIR
• New products, new pricing & promotion study and evaluation
• Others

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting and Masters Degree in Finance
• Minimum 8+ years in roles & responsibilities related to Commercial Finance especially for FMCG
• Strong business acumen
• Solid analytical skill, problem solving and logical thinking
• Strong Accounting and Financial background
• Proactive
• Positive attitude
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skill
• Maturity and able to work as a business partner with related functions
• Effective communication skill
• Effective time management
