Position: Finance Operations Manager (Global company)

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our team at a leading manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting transactions, and implementing strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and understanding of accounting functions, working in global company experience, exceptional leadership skills, result driven and a keen understanding of the FMCG industry.

• Manage financial operations, Financial analysis and oversee month-end closing processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor and report on financial performance to senior management.
• Ensure accuracy in financial and accounting transactions and adherence to financial regulations.
• Lead financial accounting for a business or finance function, ensuring compliance with external laws.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statutory reporting in accordance with Thailand regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance.
• Drive end-to-end process improvement and policy development initiatives proactively.
• Liaise with auditors, banking, legal advisers, FA, and Revenue Department on related matters.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experienced working in global manufacturing/Company is a plus
• Proven experience in finance and able to oversee/understand accounting functions.
• Strong leadership, result driven, a good team player, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• SAP experience would be a plus
• Able to lead significant business or finance projects with strong leadership skills.
