Title: Commercial Finance Analyst

Position Summary

Fluke is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the EMEA FP&A team. The role provides key financial analysis to support business decision-making and business growth. Alongside recurring operational activities, the position offers opportunities to take initiative, improve processes, and develop professionally.

Key Responsibilities Daily Activities

• Provide insight into bookings, shipments, rebates, margins, and monthly outlook.
• Support stakeholders with accurate analysis to aid decision-making.
• Continuously improve and adapt existing reporting and analytical processes.

Monthly Activities

• Forecast bookings, shipments, and margins.
• Explain variances versus previous forecasts and actual results.
• Align forecasts with business stakeholders.
• Report forecasts into financial reporting systems and business intelligence dashboards.

Annual and Project Activities

• Support annual planning processes.
• Participate in rebate programs, price adjustments, and business integrations.
• Create new standard work and improve processes.
• Develop or enhance interactive dashboards and analytical tools.

Business Partnering

• Provide high-quality analytical support to the business.
• Solve business problems and respond to stakeholder requests.
• Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to increase sales and margin.
• Develop strong business understanding and contribute to business growth.

Your Team

The EMEA FP&A team is an international and diverse group of seven team members. Team members have individual specialties while working closely together to support each other. The team operates in a dynamic environment driven by deadlines, innovation, and collaboration.

Experience & Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience with Power BI, Hyperion, Python, or other analytical tools is preferred.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, and/or 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Experience in an international corporate environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
