KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1/ Commercial Finance:
Analyzestock in trade, depletions and competitive information, provide analyses for customer reviews, market benchmarks and presentations, contribute valuable information for strategic business decisions and realistic forecasts.
Support Sales & Marketing to come up withSales strategiesand brandtradeactivations to achieve the budget and improve brand awarenessintargeted Channels.
Coordinate with Logistic and Sales team on ensuring quality of DRM and S&OP process with reflection of Commercial plan on volume and value.
Assess new product opportunities through P&L simulations and provide actionable insights.
2/ Reporting:
Manage and secure the process, availability, and database of commercial related key data (sell-in, depletion, trade inventory, pricing, A&D and A&P) and their relevant deliverables (excel, presentation or Power BI and Polaris submission).
Secure with team internal & regional reporting requirements on time (CODI presentation, Volumes, Net Sales, A&P, Sales meeting)
3/ Business Partnering:
Support Sales & Marketing team forPricing, Trade term management, A&Pbudget controllingand execution.
ImplementROI pre- and post-evaluation for investments
Instill the Volumes to Value mindset with P&L by customerwidely consulted and adopted bySalesTeamin specific region.
Finance business partnering key contact for Regional Sales performance review and MKT by battle ground.
4/Projects:
Coordinatewith Project team including Sales and Marketingto deliverrelevantprojectintermof Commercial and Investment.
5 Ad-hoc:
Other ad-hoc tasks related to Commercial Finance scope required by line manager or Top Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education& Experience
Bachelor MasterdegreeofAccountancy & Finance.
Preferredworking experience with minimum of3years solidbusiness partnering/business planning in commercial (Sales & MKT) in big multi-national company,preferably FMCG industry.
