
Provides all maintenance support for assigned region. Completes and maintains all work orders in assigned region properties, owned or leased. Exercises independent judgment in regards to execution of maintenance work and work performed by contractors or vendors. Ensures periodic planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, and/or checks are completed on, but not limited to: generators, boilers, chillers, pumps, drives, water softener systems, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, alarm, and HVAC systems, including water tower systems. On an as needed basis, perform PPM or emergency maintenance on plumbing systems, electrical systems, generators, water coolers, ice machines, landscaping sprinkler system controls, to include Campus well. Requests contractor bids and proposals in accordance with Vendor Management policies. Makes vendor recommendations, inspects completed work for contract compliance to specifications and standards. Ensures all facilities are safety compliant and maintenance workers or contractors follow correct industry standard safety procedures. Adheres to SSFCU core values at all times, and aligns to departmental goals which are part of SSFCU goals. Can independently, or through supervision satisfactorily resolve all issues and complete duties as assigned. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.
Pay Starting at $21.00/hr.+ based on relevant experience.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum two (2) years of facilities/building maintenance experience. Able to complete a variety of maintenance/repair tasks without assistance. Valid driver's license, a good driving record and insurability. Lifts up to 100 lbs. occasionally 50 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Activities occur within inside and outside environments. Will climb ladders unassisted up to 24 feet; and when required to, inspect roofs from 2 to 6 stories in height. Able to focus on multiple work projects or multiple functional/technical areas. Good problem analysis and solving skills. A high attention to detail; be flexible and a self-starter. Working knowledge of applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, building management systems, and issue management systems.
