Your new role
As our new Commercial Excellence Student Assistant, you will partner closely with the Commercial Excellence lead and support the broader team in managing our CRM system, sales excellence, and sales analysis. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across commercial operations while studying, with real responsibility from day one.
Your responsibilities will include:
The role requires approximately 20 hours per week (1-2 days) alongside your studies, giving you the flexibility to balance academic commitments with meaningful professional experience.

As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. You will be part of the Finance & Operations team at Novo Nordisk Norway, a team of 9 colleagues responsible for finance, supply chain, procurement, IT, facility management and commercial excellence. Here, you'll work in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly support our commercial success and ultimately help us reach more patients across Norway.
