Commercial Excellence Specialist, Trays

KP Trays | Commercial Excellence

Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a driven Commercial Excellence Specialist to support the Trays sales organisation by strengthening day-to-day commercial operations, sales processes and CRM governance. Working across the business, you will help Account Managers operate effectively, act as the key Salesforce contact for the Trays segment and turn business needs into practical improvements. This is an influential role for someone who enjoys connecting people, systems and processes to improve sales productivity and help achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in day-to-day operations in line with the Roles & Responsibilities SLA framework.
  • Act as business owner for selected Salesforce initiatives, including the mobile experience, opportunity UX and Outlook integration.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with IT to support consistent delivery and a best-in-class user experience.
  • Coordinate testing and alignment with sales team members and relevant functions to support successful delivery.
  • Serve as CRM Key User for Trays and the direct point of contact for CRM Champions.
  • Improve Salesforce adoption, user proficiency and data quality across the Trays organisation.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive standardisation, digitalisation and automation across commercial activities.

What You’ll Need

Essential

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, ERP systems, Power BI and Jira.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to engage and align a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strong drive to complete tasks and deliver tangible results.
  • Curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset, with a focus on improving both speed and quality.

Relevant experience

  • Experience supporting customer-facing sales teams or commercial operations.
  • Exposure to CRM initiatives, process governance, digitalisation or automation.
