Job Title

Commercial Excellence Manager

The Senior Commercial Excellence Manager is responsible for shaping, standardizing, and continuously improving commercial processes, methodologies and tools to strengthen overall sales capability and effectiveness for both internal sales and channel business partners. The role plays a critical part in aligning commercial strategy, performance management and operational execution to support sustainable business growth.

Your role:

  • Facilitate the development and implementation of commercial processes, methodologies and tools, aligned with Commercial Strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales team to co-develop and govern sales capability building programs for both internal sales and channel business partners., ensuring strong alignment between training, process adherence, and business performance.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to drive the practical field execution and sustained adoption, enhancing overall sales effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Global Commercial Excellence team, enabling cross-region best practice sharing, and driving localization and adoption in the GC Region.

You're the right fit if:

  • Proven experience in commercial excellence, salesforce effectiveness, or sales leadership, with a strong understanding of end-to-end commercial processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of translating commercial strategy into structured processes and scalable execution frameworks, and developing sales capability building programs to drive the execution and adoption.
  • A proactive change agent with strong stakeholder management and project management skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Experience with AI-enabled sales processes or tools is a plus.
