The Commercial Excellence Lead, Immunology Alliance is a cross-franchise leadership role at the heart of the Dupixent franchise within Specialty Care – Greater Gulf. Reporting directly to the Head of Dupixent – Greater Gulf MCO and working in close partnership with the three Sub-Franchise Heads, the Head of Sales, and cross-functional leaders, this role sits at the intersection of long-term strategic ambition and day-to-day commercial execution. As Dupixent continues to grow in scale and expand across indications, this role is critical to ensuring the franchise operates as one high-performing organization while preserving the distinct strategic and executional needs of each sub-franchise.

The role combines strategic thinking, commercial excellence, operational leadership, and transformation capabilities. The individual will be expected not only to establish processes and governance, but to challenge the organization, identify opportunities for value creation, and mobilize cross-functional teams behind the highest-impact priorities. This includes leading the Type 2 brand and tactical planning cycle, driving rigorous prioritization, and ensuring strong connectivity between annual priorities and execution across all three Dupixent sub-franchises.

As a key member of the Dupixent Franchise Leadership Team, the Commercial Excellence Lead will serve as a strategic partner to the Franchise Head and Sub-Franchise Heads — bringing together analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear choices and compelling narratives that drive business and patient impact.

Main responsibilities:

1- Cross-Franchise Planning and Prioritization:

• Partner with the Franchise Head and Sub-Franchise Heads to translate franchise strategy into clear priorities, integrated plans, and measurable outcomes
• Lead the cross-franchise strategic and business planning cycle, ensuring strong connectivity between long-term ambition, annual priorities, and execution across all three Dupixent sub-franchises
• Lead the Type 2 brand plan and tactical plan, ensuring continued strengthening of Type 2 leadership as a key asset and differentiator in the market
• Establish an integrated view of priorities, opportunities, risks, and interdependencies across the three sub-franchises
• Drive rigorous prioritization and facilitate choices on where the franchise should focus resources and organizational attention to maximize business and patient impact
• Identify cross-franchise opportunities and synergies while ensuring the distinct needs and strategies of individual sub-franchises are appropriately addressed
• Develop compelling strategic narratives and business cases to support key franchise decisions

2- Commercial Performance and Business Insights:

• Lead the preparation of Dupixent business reviews with the Franchise Head, General Manager, regional leadership, and global teams — identifying key drivers, gaps, risks, and opportunities
• Ensure the consistent deployment of the Dupixent performance management framework across the franchise
• Lead analytical deep dives in collaboration with Insights & Analytics on priority business questions and growth opportunities
• Partner with the Dupixent Leadership Team and Insights & Analytics to maintain accurate market data and create a single, transparent view of business performance across indications (sales performance, market share, patient funnel, etc.)
• Develop forward-looking performance perspectives and scenarios to support franchise decision-making related to resource allocation and strategic trade-offs

3- Execution Excellence and Commercial Effectiveness:

• Benchmark commercial effectiveness key performance indicators across key markets and relevant external competitors in the Greater Gulf to ensure best-in-class commercial execution
• Partner with the Franchise Head, Sub-Franchise Heads, and Finance to enable rigorous, fact-based resource allocation across the Dupixent franchise
• Develop an integrated view of major investments across indications and strategic priorities
• Facilitate investment trade-offs based on strategic importance, business opportunity, patient impact, and expected return
• Identify opportunities to redeploy resources toward emerging growth opportunities as market conditions evolve
• Challenge legacy investments and ways of working where resources could generate greater impact elsewhere

4- High-Priority Cross-Indication Initiatives:

• Lead a select portfolio of high-priority cross-franchise initiatives sponsored by the Dupixent Franchise Head
• Lead the planning and execution of franchise key meetings, including Cycle Meetings and the Type 2 Academy
• Champion artificial intelligence-enabled and digitally enabled ways of working that improve field execution, in partnership with Learning & Development
• Identify and scale successful approaches and capabilities from one sub-franchise to others where they can create value

5- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with departments and teams across Sanofi to ensure that transformation is integrated into all aspects of the business
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure their active involvement and endorsement of transformation initiatives

About you

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Economics, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record in commercial excellence, strategy, or transformation
• Demonstrated ability to operate successfully at a senior level and influence complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, including brand strategy, field execution, go-to-market for a complex portfolio, analytics, and investment decision-making
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data and information into insights, choices, and clear recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and transformation programs
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and build alignment among diverse teams
• Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and move comfortably between the two
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization — locally and globally
• High degree of learning agility, curiosity, and comfort operating in a fast-moving and complex environment
• Fluency in English

• Consulting, strategy, or transformation experience
• Experience with Dupixent or the immunology therapeutic area
• Familiarity with Type 2 inflammatory disease landscape
• Arabic language proficiency
• Experience working in Greater Gulf markets
