Commercial Excellence Intern

About the role

Are you passionate about data, business insights, and working in an international environment? Join Boston Scientific as a Commercial Excellence Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting commercial and business analytics projects across our Growth Emerging Markets (GEM) region. During this 12-month internship, you will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to sales analytics, forecasting, CRM tools, reporting, and commercial excellence initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Support business analysis and reporting activities.
• Help monitor sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and key commercial KPIs.
• Assist with dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Support projects related to CRM and sales effectiveness tools, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pitcher, and ServiceMax.
• Collaborate with teams across different countries and functions.
• Contribute to projects that help improve business processes and decision-making.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Master's degree.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in working with data.
• Fluent English.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
