Career Stream Tasks(職務内容)

  • 営業トレーニングおよびセールスフォース・エフェクティブネス(営業力強化)に関するプロセスや計画を実行し、組織の営業力が最大限の成果を出せるよう、トレーニングプログラムの企画・開発・提供を行う。
  • 新規入社社員向けオリエンテーション、製品トレーニング、営業スキル向上トレーニングなど、営業チーム向けのさまざまなコースを実施・運用する。
  • トレーニングプログラムの効果に関連する営業パフォーマンスを追跡・管理する。
  • トレーニング教材の開発や選定に貢献し、スタッフのトレーニングニーズを特定・管理する。
  • メトリクス管理、営業結果の分析、顧客セグメンテーションやターゲティング、コーチングなど、さまざまな手法を用いて営業組織の優秀性向上に向けてチームと協働する。

Career Stream Tasks

• Implement Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness processes and plans related to planning, developing and delivering training programs that enable the organization's sales force to maximize its sales potential
• Implement and execute Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness plans to deliver a variety of courses, including new hire orientation, product training, sales effectiveness, etc. to the sales teams
• Track sales performance as it relates to training program effectiveness
• Contribute to the development and/or selection of training materials and identification and tracking of training needs of staff members
• Collaborate with team to promote sales excellence through various means, including metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting and coaching
