In this context, we are offering a paid 6-month internship within our Marketing team, with a start date to be agreed or as soon as possible Under the guidance of our Commercial Excellence & Analytics Lead, your mission is to transform data into meaningful insights. You support the team in delivering business intelligence and market analyses that guide strategic commercial and marketing decisions. You also create, maintain, and improve dashboards and visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making across the business.

Your main tasks are the following

• Collaborate with Brand Leads and cross-functional teams to deliver analyses that support commercial and marketing decision-making
• Contribute to the analysis of product performance and commercial strategies across countries, regions, and product portfolios
• Prepare analytical reports, insights, and presentation materials for the commercial team and senior management
• Participate in and support ad hoc market research projects to generate actionable business insights
• Contribute to forecasting and market potential assessments to support product launches and identify growth opportunities in strategic markets
• Develop, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track commercial and market performance indicators
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and harmonization of data used for reporting and analysis

To carry out these activities, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

• Currently pursuing Master’s program in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or Life Sciences with a minor in Data Science - including a mandatory 6 month internship covered by a tripartite agreement with your university
• Background, experience, or demonstrated interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medtech environments
• Good understanding of data modeling and dashboard design principles, with the ability to analyze large datasets
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with solid expertise in Power BI; SQL and Python are considered an asset
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an advantage

This internship will enable you to

• Gain hands-on experience in international pharmaceutical environment and understand how teams collaborate to support data-driven decision-making
• Develop your skills in Business Intelligence and marketing analytics, with a focus on transforming data into actionable insights that inform commercial strategy and performance monitoring
• Work with real business data and contribute to the development of dashboards, reports, and analyses used by senior stakeholders
• Learn from experienced and passionate professionals who will support your technical and professional development throughout the internship

You are a team player who is eager to learn and comfortable working both independently and within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You have good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
