ABOUT PEOPLE & PARTNERS GROUP

People & Partners Group is a Pan-African HR, Executive Search, Payroll, and Employer of Record (EOR) firm supporting international organizations expanding into Africa. We partner with HR Directors, CFOs, Managing Directors, Boards, and expansion teams to hire, pay, and manage talent compliantly across African markets.
As the firm scales its European commercial efforts, we are appointing a Commercial Enablement Associate to support revenue owners through disciplined execution, sales enablement, and deal support.

ROLE PURPOSE

This is an execution-focused commercial support role. The Commercial Enablement Associate exists to enable Business Development and Partnerships to close deals faster and more effectively by preparing, maintaining, and customizing commercial materials, content, and follow-ups. This role does not own marketing strategy, demand generation, partnerships, or revenue targets.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and customize pitch decks, service one-pagers, case studies, proposals, and follow-up materials to support active commercial engagements.


  • Tailor commercial materials to European prospects, strategic partners, and multi-service engagements across EOR, Executive Search, and HR Advisory.


  • Ensure all client-facing materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with live deal priorities.


  • Convert founder-approved inputs into structured LinkedIn posts, short thought-leadership pieces, and market commentary for outreach and follow-ups.


  • Repurpose client wins, case insights, and internal expertise into clear, professional external-facing content while adhering strictly to approved messaging frameworks.


  • Support partnership outreach by preparing partner pitch decks, capability summaries, follow-up emails, and leave-behind materials.


  • Maintain a structured tracker of active prospects, partners, and materials used per deal to ensure commercial visibility and coordination.


  • Update website pages and landing pages based on leadership direction to ensure messaging reflects approved Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and current service priorities.


  • Track assets produced and monitor which materials are actively used in live deals.


  • Participate in weekly alignment sessions with revenue owners and prioritize tasks based on active commercial opportunities.


Requirements


REQUIRED PROFILE

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B services, consulting, or professional services marketing or sales support.

  • Degree in Business Admin,Marketing or related field.

  • Strong execution capability is essential, including the ability to develop high-quality slide decks using PowerPoint or Google Slides.

  • Demonstrate structured, clear writing skills suitable for commercial and client-facing materials.

  • High level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.

  • Comfortable working from briefs and directions
