This is your next long-term home with us as a Leadman Electrician (Crew Leader).

Leadman Electrician(Crew Leader) – What You Will Do

You will work as lead of a crew, working to oversee 1 or 2 job sites at a time with the team – reporting to a Project Leader.

• Work on commercial job sites – commercial buildings, medical offices, universities, retail centers, parking structures - within Houston and the surrounding areas (no overnight travel!) Ideal schedule is 6:00am - 2:30pm schedule, depending on jobsite.
• Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites, ensuring safety and that work is performed to project specifications
• Read blueprints to understand project requirements.
• Install new electrical in commercial buildings using measuring instruments and hand tools to measure, cut and bend wire and conduit
• Perform electrical installations – wire, conduit and electrical components

You will drive your own vehicle and tools to job sites.

Leadman Electrician– You Must Have:

• Prior experience in a commercial electrician role – ideally overseeing a crew
• Great attention to detail – you pay attention to the little things!
• Ability to read specifications such as blueprints
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check required prior to start date

Compensation $30 – 33 per hour + potential for overtime (dependent on your level of experience) and additional bonus potential. May include vehicle stipend.
