Job Title: Contract Maintenance Engineer Store Refresh Project
Location: Commercial Site (UK Based)
Start Date: 17 November
Duration: 3 weeks
Day Rate: £200 to £280 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: 9 hours per day on site

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support a commercial store refresh project for a 3 week period. This role will involve lighting upgrades, general building maintenance and assisting the on site team with all refresh related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out lighting installation, replacement and upgrades

General maintenance across the commercial premises

Assist with planned refresh works throughout the 3 week assignment

Support the site manager to ensure a smooth refresh delivery

Maintain safe working practices on site at all times

Experience Required

Previous experience working within commercial premises

Competent with lighting systems and general building maintenance

Able to commit to the full project duration starting 17 November

Good communication and capable of working independently
