The Opportunity – Commercial Electrical Superintendent

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Electrical Superintendent to lead our commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in managing large teams, communicates well, and is committed to delivering excellence and safety on job sites.

As a Superintendent, you’ll oversee field operations, drive production, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Kasper’s standards. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and office staff while maintaining a high level of professionalism in the field and with clients.

Ideal Candidates: Commercial Superintendent

• Enjoy leading others and setting the pace on the jobsite

• Can run multiple jobs at once with crews and subcontractors

• Plan layouts, schedule crews, and coordinate materials to keep projects on track

• Communicate clearly with project managers, GCs, and inspectors

• Track productivity, enforce safety standards, and maintain a clean job site

• Train, mentor, and coach apprentices and journeymen

• Possess strong working knowledge of NEC and commercial workflows

Exceptional Candidates: Commercial Superintendent

• Have 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical fieldwork

• Have 2+ years of leadership experience as a foreman or superintendent

• Bring innovative solutions to keep work moving efficiently

• Show urgency and initiative to follow up and lead well

• Understand specialized sectors like healthcare, hospitality, or institutional work

• Ask great questions and seek opportunities to grow and mentor others

Commercial Superintendent Pay

$70,000 – $100,000 base salary (based on experience)
