Commercial Director (Partnership & P&L Management) (Lifestyle, Consumer, Internet)

The Group is a tech-centric venture-building company headquartered in Hong Kong, focusing on the intersection of emerging technologies and Gen Z consumer trends. The company is dedicated to enhancing the lifestyle and wellness of Gen Z through innovative health supplements, engaging fandom platforms, and unique travel services. The Group serves an international clientele, delivering exceptional products and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio and P&L management for various brands within the group.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and execution of partnership initiatives.
• Analyze business performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in partnership management and operations, preferably in a startup environment.
• Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in portfolio management and financial analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results and driving growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
