The Commercial Director Latin America & South Africa will provide focused commercial leadership for Aristocrat Interactive's growth. This role covers two key markets: Latin America and South Africa. This role is responsible for building and growing operator relationships, boosting commercial performance, supporting market entry and expansion initiatives, and ensuring strong collaboration across Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Content, and Operations teams. You will manage end-to-end commercial results across the region, helping Aristocrat Interactive scale responsibly while adapting global standards to local market demands, regulatory rules, and operator priorities. Working with some of the largest operators and most respected gaming brands in Latin America and South Africa, you will develop executive relationships, shape commercial strategy, identify new growth prospects, and play a crucial part in one of Aristocrat Interactive’s most exciting regional growth stories.

What You'll Do

• Develop and sustain strategic operator connections across regions including Latin America and South Africa.
• Build and complete tailored commercial strategies for each region, aligned to regional market dynamics, operator priorities, regulatory requirements, and growth targets.
• Foster account growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and fresh market opportunities throughout the region.
• Develop and deliver tailored strategic proposals, leading the full commercial lifecycle.
• Achieve revenue targets and deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Conduct regular tracking, reporting, and analysis of important metrics.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and planning sessions with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery against agreed benchmarks.
• Deliver top-tier content launch initiatives to drive market share expansion across the Latin American region and South African markets.
• Partner with various departments to align customer needs with our capabilities.
• Coordinate issue resolution and ensure seamless operational performance.
• Identify and coordinate customer training requirements to improve product adoption.
• Represent Aristocrat Interactive at key sector gatherings as a leader with a perspective.

What We're Looking For

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in online gaming, with direct ownership of strategy, operator relationships, and commercial growth throughout Latin America and regions in South Africa.
• Proven track record managing Tier-1 global operator relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of regulated and emerging iGaming markets, including local operator requirements, market trends, and regulatory factors.
• Experience in leading and developing commercial talent.
• Excellent collaborator management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong personal network of Operators and Suppliers within the iGaming industry.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish; Brazilian Portuguese is strongly desired.
• Frequent travel to connect with customers and participate in important industry events will be encouraged.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is desirable.

Aristocrat Interactive is Aristocrat's regulated online Real Money Gaming (RMG) business and was formed in 2024 with the combination of Anaxi and NeoGames.
