ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll drive business growth by identifying and implementing commercial strategies that optimise revenue streams and strengthen client relationships through data-driven decision-making and innovative go-to-market initiatives.
  • Leading and motivating a team of 4-8 people, you'll provide coaching, feedback, and clear direction to ensure everyone's aligned with our business objectives and performing at their best.
  • Managing all commercial KPIs is your responsibility – from revenue and margin to conversion rates and NPS – and you'll report regularly on performance while taking swift action when targets need attention.
  • Working closely with operations and supplier teams, you'll act as the first point of escalation for client issues and coordinate the execution of group series and services from booking closure to financial tracking.
  • You'll champion process improvements and digital transformation, identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and ensuring your team adopts new tools and platforms that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Spotting new client opportunities excites you, and you'll support prospecting, conversion, and structured onboarding whilst collaborating on account growth, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven experience in B2B/B2C sales within the travel or DMC sector, with a track record of managing key accounts and closing deals that drive revenue growth.
  • Your analytical mindset means you're comfortable diving into revenue analysis, client profitability, and performance tracking using tools like Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems.
  • Leading and developing teams comes naturally to you – you've successfully managed people before, providing mentoring, identifying skills gaps, and creating development plans that help individuals thrive.
  • Process improvement is in your DNA; you've implemented workflow enhancements, championed digital transformation projects, and ensured teams adopt new systems with enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication skills enable you to build lasting client relationships, resolve conflicts, and collaborate effectively across departments – from operations to global key account managers.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred, along with fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a bonus).
