Position: Commercial Data Integrity Specialist

Full-time/Hybrid mode

Nestlé is currently looking for a Commercial Data Integrity Specialist. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of all commercial master data (Customer, Material, Hierarchies, Pricing) across Visual Fabric (CIM) and SAP, enabling reliable execution of commercial processes and strong financial control.

A day in the life of Commercial Data Integrity Specialist

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Customer, Material, Hierarchy and Pricing Master Data
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and governance of master data across VF/CIM and SAP
  • Maintain and validate pricing datasets including conditions, discounts and base prices
  • Perform regular reconciliation between systems to ensure full data alignment
  • Execute data cleansing activities to eliminate inconsistencies and duplicates
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for recurring data issues
  • Ensure customer hierarchies support accurate reporting and analytics
  • Act as first point of contact for master data related topics
  • Provide guidance to Sales, Finance, IBS and Commercial teams on data governance
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with governance standards and SLAs

What will make you successful…

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Supply Chain, Customer/Material Life Cycle, Pricing or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of data management and governance principles
  • Experience with SAP, Visual Fabric or similar systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage complex datasets with high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of pricing structures and commercial processes
  • Project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration capabilities
  • Adaptability, flexibility and resilience
  • Passion for data, systems and continuous improvement
