Work Schedule:

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM AEST NSW | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM PHT

This role is responsible for the analysis, reporting and interpretation of sales data (primarily IQVIA), combined with the ongoing management and optimisation of the Purveyance CRM system. The position plays a key role in supporting the sales team, improving reporting quality, maintaining system integrity, and delivering commercially relevant insights to internal stakeholders and brand partners. This is a hands-on analytical and systems role, requiring both strong Excel capability and the ability to think commercially and solve problems.

Position Purpose

  • To take ownership of sales data analysis and reporting

  • To develop deep expertise in IQVIA data and its commercial application

  • To manage and improve CRM (Purveyance) data, setup and functionality

  • To support the sales team through systems, reporting and insights

  • To identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and system efficiency

Internal: Management Team, Sales Team, Field Manager, Key Account Managers, Finance
External: Trade Partners, CRM provider (Purveyance support team), Data providers (IQVIA), Wholesalers (API, Sigma, Symbion)

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the kind of person who:


1. Data Analysis & Commercial Insights

  • Extract and manage data from IQVIA, CRM (Purveyance) and internal systems

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency

  • Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities

  • Develop an understanding of product performance and market dynamics

  • Provide meaningful insights to support business decisions

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and brand partners

2. Reporting

  • Prepare monthly brand reports based on agreed templates

  • Deliver weekly and monthly sales reporting

  • Produce ad hoc analysis as required

  • Continuously improve reporting quality, clarity and efficiency

  • Assist in standardising and streamlining reporting processes

3. CRM (Purveyance) Management

  • Maintain and update CRM data, including: Products, pricing and categories; Stores, wholesalers and territories; Promotions and deals

  • Manage: IQVIA data uploads into CRM; Notifications, surveys and system configurations

  • Act as a key point of contact for CRM-related issues from the sales team

  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues

  • Liaise with CRM support team where required

  • Identify opportunities to improve system usage and efficiency (This role shares CRM responsibilities with another team member, with the expectation of increasing ownership over time.)

4. Sales Team Support

  • Support the sales team with CRM usage and technical queries

  • Assist with reporting and performance tracking

  • Help ensure consistency and accuracy of data across systems

5. Wholesaler & Product Data Management

  • Upload and maintain product listings with wholesalers (API, Sigma, Symbion)

  • Manage deal submissions and updates

  • Ensure alignment between CRM, internal data and wholesaler systems


Requirements


What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

Essential:

  • 3–6+ years’ experience in a data, reporting or analytical role

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)

  • Experience working with large data sets

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Desirable:

  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Experience with sales or commercial data

  • Exposure to IQVIA or similar datasets

  • Exposure to Power BI or other dashboard tools

  • Experience supporting a sales team
