We are seeking a Commercial Custom Applicator to join our agronomy team. This position is responsible for operating custom application equipment to apply crop nutrients and crop protection products safely, accurately, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with area farmers/growers to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships.

Operate and maintain custom application equipment
Mix, load, and apply crop protection products according to regulations
Complete accurate application logs and maps daily
Operate equipment with controllers and mapping software
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
Ensure compliance with all Premier, federal, state, and OSHA regulations
