This position is crucial for the implementation of the Massey Ferguson´s Farmer First and Full Portfolio strategies in it coordination region (Paraguay and Urugay).
The candidate will be responsible to lead the execution of the whole Retail Processs and its all correlated program and actions, through the dealer to the market, delivering the Sales Plan (maket share and volume) at its region. Lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program - Massey Ferguson Premium Customer Program - putting foward sales and relationship maintenance actions.
Coordinate the sales of the products Massey Ferguson throuth the dealership channel aligned with AGCO´s Farmer First Strategy and Full Portfolio´s Brand;
Coordinate and guarantee a efficient execution of the Commercial Plan by Massey Ferguson´s dealers in order to delivery the market share and volumes to its region according the Sales Plan;

Your Impact

  • Dealer Administration: Deeply understand the business and co‑manage dealers across all business areas (sales, parts, service, finance, action plans, trade policies, sales allocation and fleet sales). Manage commercial product demonstrations.
  • Marketing & Brand Activation: Define advertising, promotions, brand dissemination, field days, regional fairs, and large‑customer events in partnership with the Marketing department.
  • Dealer Development: Work with the Dealer Development area to suggest restructuring initiatives and formulate action plans to be submitted to the Dealer Management Committee.
  • Commercial Management: Guarantee achievement of dealers’ business plans, enabling them to sell the full portfolio (tractors, combines, implements, sprayers, hay products, ATS, parts, and consortium). Ensure each dealer’s sales plan aligns with the strategic plan; represent the company in negotiations, legal biddings, and auctions; analyze market conditions for the assigned region (product segmentation, crop types, competition, customer profile); set regional commercial policies within approved discount ranges and negotiate alternatives with Pricing when necessary.
  • Customer Relationship & Support: Lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program – Massey Ferguson Premium Customer Program – advancing coordinated sales and maintenance actions.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomics, Engineering or related
  • Product knowledge (Tractors, Combines, Implements, Sprayers, Hay Tools & AG Precision);
  • Market Knowledge, Experience with Customer Segmentation and Relationship Program; and Marketing (Advertising and Promotion);
  • Finance knowledge (costs, financial mathematics, balance sheet analysis, etc.);
  • Dealership Contract Law, Tax Legislation and Government Bidding; and Distribution management knowledge;
