Commercial Controller, GCC
This role supports commercial decision-making across the GCC through sales and margin analysis, pricing governance, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering with the Sales & Marketing teams. It is also responsible for reporting and audit support, maintaining Tableau and management reports, controlling rebates and pricing policies, and providing back-up on credit management and customer payment follow-up.
What you’ll be doing:
Sales analysis
Prepare analysis of Sales, Price, Margin, and product mix for month-end closing meetings.
Analyze sales behavior and margins, make comparisons to budget, and suggest improvements.
Sales Support
Support Sales & Marketing organization with ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
Support Sales organization with project calculation for margin.
Business Partner.
Pricing
Pricing responsible for GCC incl. review of gross price list, customer margins, product pricing, discount authorities, rebates etc.
Setup and secure alignment with regional and global pricing structure.
Make regular cost analysis together with Production controller and update List prices to secure an acceptable margin level.
Creation & Updating of Pricing & Rebate Policy.
Calculation & Controlling of Customer Rebates.
Forecast
Collect and consolidate sales data for forecast and budget.
Update of sales budget in Sales Planning tool and TM1.
Reporting
Reporting all mandatory sales figures to Region, Group etc.
Responsible for supporting external auditors in ad-hoc and year-end audits.
Design and update Tableau data and reports.
Update and distribute Sales and Performance reports.
Update and send out Management Report.
Update of Consolidated Sales & Margin data.
Others
Back-up on Credit Management, customer Payment follow-up and Credit limit approvals.

Bachelor or master’s in finance / same degree in sales with finance/pricing experience.
Commercial understanding, preferably in the construction industry.
Good analytical skills and holistic business understanding.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
