Gramian Consultancy is a boutique consultancy specializing in IT professional services and engineering talent solutions. With a strong background in software engineering and leadership, we help companies build high-performing teams by matching them with professionals who truly fit their needs.

We are looking for experienced commercial legal professionals to contribute to an AI training initiative built around realistic business agreements. The project requires practical, high-quality contract documents that reflect common commercial transactions and current legal drafting standards.

You will create, adapt, and annotate agreements such as Master Services Agreements, lease contracts, IP licences, marketing agreements, and other commercial licensing documents The work is document-based, and contributors are compensated for each eligible submission accepted against the project requirements.

CONTRACT: Contractor

COMMITMENT: Hourly/Part-time

LOCATION: Remote

PROCESS: Application Form -> AI Interview -> Selection

HOURLY RATE: $80 - $100/h

NOTES: Contributors must provide or create eligible legal documents themselves. Confidential, proprietary, NDA-protected, or material non-public information cannot be submitted.

Responsibilities

• Draft practical templates and examples of commercial agreements
• Create and review Master Services Agreements and related service contracts.
• Prepare lease, IP licensing, marketing, and general licensing agreements.
• Adapt legal documents to realistic business scenarios and transaction structures.
• Annotate agreements where required to explain clauses, risks, or drafting choices.
• Ensure submissions reflect current legal standards and accepted commercial practice.
• Review documents for consistency, clarity, structure, and legal accuracy.
• Deliver well-organized materials suitable for use in an AI training dataset.
• Clarify project requirements and respond to feedback on submitted documents.
• Ensure all materials are free from confidential or restricted information.

Requirements

• Qualification as a practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney or lawyer.
• Professional experience drafting or negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with Master Services Agreements
• Experience with at least two of the following: lease agreements, IP licensing, marketing agreements, or commercial licensing.
• Ability to create or adapt legal documents for realistic business transactions.
• Strong command of contractual language, structure, and legal terminology.
• Knowledge of current commercial contracting standards and common risk provisions
