In this role, you'll:
Shape the future of transport in NSW by working as part of a team delivering commercial and financial management for the Country Regional Network (CRN) providing expert commercial advice and financial analysis across all phases of major maintenance programs.
You will join a team that values diversity, inclusion, and flexibility, and puts customers at the centre of everything we do playing a key role in ensuring third-party contract compliance, effective budgeting, and robust risk management strategies for maintenance work.
As an experienced Estimator, you will navigate complex commercial challenges and broker solutions that drive efficiencies, value for money, and best practice outcomes in a dynamic infrastructure environment.
This is a Hybrid role with five days a month to be spent at your home hub and a further five days to be spent at either you home hub, or another TfNSW location.

About you
Your highly developed commercial contracts acumen and analytical skills, formed across finance, infrastructure, and third-party contract management, will see you excel in managing high-value contracts, resolving disputes, and implementing systems that enhance compliance and performance for planned maintenance work.
Be adept at conducting in-depth analysis of commercial matters, negotiations, and risk allocation with third parties.
Demonstrated experience in estimating, commercial and financial management on complex infrastructure projects as well as strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement processes.
Tertiary qualifications in finance, business/commerce or equivalent experience
