The Franke Coffee Systems division is a leading global provider of state-of-the-art solutions for professional coffee making. We are looking for a highly motivated colleague with a strong commercial and analytical mindset to join our Sales Excellence Team in the Coffee Systems Division in Aarburg, Switzerland, reporting to the Head of Sales Excellence.
As Commercial Contract Manager, you will establish and manage standardized, legally sound contract and compliance frameworks across the global Coffee Systems organization. You will be responsible for drafting, coordinating, and overseeing commercial contracts, reducing legal and financial risks, and enabling reliable, profitable customer and supplier relationships.
Acting as a central interface between Sales & Service, Commercial Excellence, and Group Legal, you will define clear processes, enhance cross‑functional collaboration, and support efficient contract lifecycle management to enable the strategic development of the Coffee Systems Division.
